Engagement Process Overview

Step 1 — Inquiry Review (Business Day 1)

Your inquiry is reviewed by our Client Services team and assigned to the appropriate service lead based on project type and scope.

Step 2 — Initial Response (Business Day 1–2)

You receive a substantive response—not an automated acknowledgment—from a team member with relevant expertise. If a consultation call is warranted, scheduling options are provided.

Step 3 — Discovery Consultation

A structured consultation call (typically 45–60 minutes) with our Client Services Director and relevant service leads. Discussion covers project objectives, scope parameters, timeline requirements, and any compliance or confidentiality considerations.

Step 4 — Proposal Submission (5–7 business days post-consultation)

A formal written proposal including scope of work, production methodology, milestone schedule, deliverables specification, and investment summary.

Step 5 — Contract Execution

Upon proposal acceptance, a master services agreement and project statement of work are executed. Production commences following contract execution and initial payment receipt.
