What types of organizations do you work with?
Our client base includes Fortune 1000 corporations, regional manufacturers, healthcare systems, pharmaceutical companies, commercial real estate developers, government agencies, financial institutions, and architectural firms. We are equipped to serve any organization that requires professional-grade animation production with enterprise-appropriate business practices.
How are projects priced?
All projects are priced based on scope, deliverables, and timeline. We do not publish standard rates because enterprise project requirements vary significantly.
Following a discovery consultation, we submit a detailed written proposal with a fixed project investment. No ambiguous hourly estimates—a defined scope with a defined price.
What documentation is available for vendor registration?
We provide W-9, general liability certificate of insurance ($2M), professional liability certificate ($1M), workers’ compensation documentation, and standard vendor registration forms. Additional documentation requirements are accommodated on request. Contact procurement@3danimationus.com.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes. Non-disclosure agreements are standard practice for our studio. Our template NDA is available for review prior to any substantive project discussion. We also execute client-supplied NDAs subject to legal review.
Who owns the completed animation?
Full intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon final payment. Our agreements include standard work-for-hire provisions ensuring clean IP ownership. Source files and project assets are available for transfer per contract specifications.
How do you manage multi-stakeholder approval processes?
Our production methodology includes formal milestone approval stages with documented sign-off requirements. We accommodate review processes involving multiple internal stakeholders, legal and compliance departments, and external agency partners through structured feedback workflows.
Can you maintain consistency with our existing brand guidelines?
Brand standards compliance is a core component of our production methodology. We request all relevant brand guidelines at project initiation and conduct brand compliance review at each milestone. Deviations from brand standards are flagged and corrected before advancing production.
What is your approach to confidential pre-release content?
Pre-release product information is handled under NDA with strict access controls. Project files are stored on secure servers accessible only to assigned team members. We are experienced in managing sensitive product launches and competitive information.
Do you have capacity for large multi-project programs?
Yes. Our studio infrastructure and team scale support multi-video production programs, ongoing content libraries, and concurrent engagement management. Retainer arrangements are available for organizations with regular animation production requirements.
What happens if we need to change scope mid-project?
Scope changes are managed through a formal change order process. Timeline and investment impact are assessed and documented before any additional work is undertaken. No unauthorized scope expansion—everything is agreed in writing.
